These terms apply to your use of the Toronto Home Remodeling website and to any enquiry you submit through it. By using the site you agree to them.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

Toronto Home Remodeling is a residential general contractor. We plan and build renovations and home additions within the City of Toronto, including Old Toronto, East York, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke and York.

We carry out work with our own crews and coordinated licensed trades. We are not a directory, referral service or marketplace.

Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. Project descriptions, process explanations and planning guidance are illustrative and do not form part of any agreement.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors or omissions.

Submitting a form or calling us starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our schedule.

Work proceeds only once a written fixed price quote defining the scope has been provided by us and signed by you. Anything discussed before that point, including verbal estimates and ballpark figures, is not binding.

Changes requested after the scope is signed are documented separately and must be approved before that additional work proceeds.

Where the approved scope requires permits, we pull them in our name and coordinate the related inspections.

We carry WSIB coverage and liability insurance. Details are available on request.

Completed work is covered by a written workmanship warranty. The terms, duration and exclusions of that warranty are set out in your project agreement, which governs in the event of any inconsistency with this website.

• Provide accurate information about the property, its condition and your requirements.
• Confirm that you own the property or are authorised to approve the work.
• Make selections and decisions within the timelines agreed so the schedule can be maintained.
• Disclose known issues such as prior damage, hazardous materials or outstanding permits.

All text, photography, drawings, logos and design on this website belong to Toronto Home Remodeling or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without our written consent.

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may photograph completed work and use those images to present our portfolio.

To the extent permitted by law, Toronto Home Remodeling is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it.

Liability relating to construction work is governed by the signed project agreement and applicable Ontario law, not by this page.

The website may link to third party sites such as review platforms or supplier pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its last updated date.
