Do you provide a fixed price renovation quote?
Yes. We define the scope and provide a written fixed price quote for you to sign before construction starts. If you request a change during the work, it is documented separately before we proceed.
Who handles permits for a Toronto renovation?
When the approved scope requires permits, we pull them in our name and coordinate the required inspections. Permit needs are reviewed while the project scope is being developed.
Will I have one contact during construction?
Yes. One project manager is assigned to your job and is responsible for coordinating the crews, schedule, site, and communication.
Are you insured for residential renovation work?
Yes. Toronto Home Remodeling carries liability insurance and WSIB coverage. We can provide the relevant documentation for your project.
